timewhatsthat asked: i can't get enough calories in in a day, my stomach shrunk.. alott.. and for example.. today iam 25 grams over in protien, and 6 grams over in sugar. with only 860 calories.. what can i eat? what do i do?! :( bah. - thanks :)

I ran today..well most of it was walking because i think i pushed myself to much i haven’t rested a day so while i was running my calves started to hurt :/ so i decided to better walk (: so my walk was like this: 5.05km and burned 337 calories at a 10’50”/km pace (:  im definitively resting tomorrow cause i don’t wanna get hurt
