  • Hi, i sprained my ankle 3 weeks ago, i thought that by now i would already be able to do exercise, but it still hurts, so i was wandering if anyone knows of exercises i can do with my ankle sprained, thanks!

"Killer Calves" Workout

I know I’ve probably posted this before, but…

This is a workout that my gym teacher had all of us (students) do during our weights unit. Here’s how it goes:

  • 10 calf raises
  • 10 jumps (small jumps, on your toes)
  • 10 in-outs (like a jumping jack, minus the arms)
  • 10 half-jacks…
